(continued from part 2)

Last Week:
Daniel's friend Dennis accidently stepped on a stick that cut his foot...

With Jesus
He got a shot of medicine to heal it but the medicine didn't work because it was old. A week later, Dennis died. Daniel, who now wants to be a pastor, asked Dennis before he died if he had Jesus in his heart. Dennis said he did and is now in Heaven!

Don't Shoot!
It is dangerous living in Kenya. One time, Rick, Audrey and some guests were staying at a missions guest house. The first day they were there, 8 thieves broke into the house! They took all their money and jewelry. But they didn't take Rick's car keys. God hid the keys from the robbers even though they were in Rick's pocket! And God saved the missionaries from getting shot by the robbers!

One Bumpy Ride
But robbers are not the only dangerous thing in Kenya. The desert roads of Kenya are full of potholes and are not very smooth. It's easy to get a flat tire but not easy to fix one. This happened to the McAninch's one time when they were on their way home..........

Now that you've read the third chapter -- take our Missions Quiz to see how well you remember it.

Next chapter -- find out what happens to the McAninch's and their flat tire.
